Returns and 1-Year Limited Warranty

For purchases made on the LIMU US online store, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery if it is not the right fit, and your LIMU device is also covered by a 1-year limited warranty.  

30-Day Return Policy

If you purchased your product directly from the LIMU US online store, you may request a return within 30 days after the date your order was delivered.

You may return a product if you changed your mind or decided it is not the right fit for you. We do not require you to give a reason for a standard return request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in good condition, without accidental damage, and with the accessories and components that were originally included. Reasonable handling to inspect or test the product is fine, but the product must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage that occurred after delivery.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our side, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and return shipment.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error, shipping damage, or a verified defect covered by this policy.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@limu.tech and include:

- Your order number  
- The name used for the order  
- The email address used at checkout  
- A short note telling us whether the return is a standard return, a damaged-on-arrival issue, or a warranty-related issue  

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send products back without first contacting us, because this may delay or prevent processing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after we process it.

If a returned product is missing major components, shows accidental damage, or does not match the condition described in your return request, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value where permitted by law, or we may reject the return if the product is not eligible under this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@limu.tech. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos if available.

If we confirm that the problem was caused before delivery, by shipment, or by a covered defect, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other solution as required by applicable law.

1-Year Limited Warranty

LIMU provides a 1-year limited warranty to the original end-user purchaser for products purchased directly from the LIMU US online store or from an authorized seller, beginning on the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

At our option, and to the extent permitted by law, LIMU will repair the product, replace the product, or provide an appropriate refund if we confirm that the issue is covered by this Limited Warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage  
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect core functionality  
- Normal wear and tear  
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly  
- Damage caused by using the product in a way that is inconsistent with provided instructions  
- Loss, theft, or external causes beyond the product itself  

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact info@limu.tech with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

You may be asked to provide photos, video, troubleshooting details, or to return the product for inspection. Unless prohibited by applicable law, you are responsible for shipping the product to us for warranty evaluation. If we confirm a covered defect, we will determine the appropriate remedy under this Limited Warranty.

Legal Rights and Limitations

This Limited Warranty is a limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty where such limitation is allowed. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LIMU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or from a breach of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
